Halloween frames

I love this time of year. Halloween and Christmas are my favorite holidays for decorating and crafting. This was my first DIY project for Halloween this year.
I started with six $1 frames from Michaels. Then, I painted half of them with black spray paint and the other half with black craft paint and a foam brush. You can see the wood grain more in the spray paint version and those ones are also a little shiny compared to the matte finish with the craft paint. I would say they took about the same amount of time since I had to do two coats with the spray paint to get a good cover so I would use whatever you have on hand.
After your paint is dry, you are ready to decorate. I bought a 12x12 piece of scrapbook paper with six images on it that I used in each frame. Then I used buttons, paper, ribbon and glue dots to decorate the frames.
Now I just need somewhere to display them...
